While there are a variety of places online to listen to audio lectures about the life and work of C.S. Lewis none that I’m aware of have a archive going back over 30 years. That’s the case for a annual lecture series held at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. While the site hasn’t obviously existed that long, it collects all the available recordings dating back to 1983 when the inaugural lecture was given by the Dr. Paul Holmer from Yale University.
As time of this posting the site does have several shortcomings. The audio only played well on Internet Explorer browser on my computer, but fortunately a quick check on my Android phone yielded no difficulty.
Over the last year I’ve had the privilege of interviewing many individuals. I checked the data of what shows were downloaded the most and the following podcast shares some of them. The program is just over 30 minutes, so I only share some brief moments from them. Check the links below to listen to those entire shows (and learn what I highlight). I also provide a second list of links to shows I didn’t include in the recap (because they were in the last two months) that were among the top downloads for the year.

O’FLAHERTY: While this is the 50th anniversary of Lewis’s death and his legacy has lasted this long, looking ahead, not to the present here but ahead, what do you think will be the most remembered about Jack 50 or maybe 100 years from now if you don’t mind speculating.
GRESHAM: I don’t think it’s going to change very much you know. I think Christianity worldwide is at an all-time ebb at the moment and I think it’s starting to gather pace to come back with huge force again, Jack is going to
