Do you know who the first male human is to visit Narnia as a boy?
In The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe we meet Professor Kirke, a minor character with whom the Pevensie children interact. However, in the prequel to this story, The Magician’s Nephew, we learn he is actually present at the creation of Narnia.
His uncle, Andrew Ketterly, has magic rings to enable Digory (the Professor’s first name) and Polly (his neighborhood friend) to first visit Charn, the kingdom of Queen Jadis, before witnessing Aslan create Narnia. Of course, sadly, it is because of Digory Kirke’s actions that Jadis becomes the White Witch in the first published story.
