The Screwtape Letter is one of many great books by C.S. Lewis. As the publication of my book about it draws near I’m sharing a fact about it each day.
Among the alterations to the text in the Lord
and King Associates edition of The Screwtape Letters
that many find objectionable is in the 15th letter when
“C.S. Lewis” is substituted for “Maritain” (a French
Catholic philosopher).
